What is the difference between hydrophobic and hydrophilic film?
A hydrophobic top coat makes water bead up and roll off; a hydrophilic top coat makes water sheet off evenly.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers failure of the film itself. Labour for removal and re-installation is the responsibility of the installing shop.
Why does Color Series have a 7-year warranty when clear film has 10?
Color PPF carries an additional pigment layer. Across the industry, colored film is warrantied for a shorter term than clear film — Color Series is 7 years, our clear films are 10.
How do I register an installation on CARFAX?
The installation must be done by a Verleno Certified Shop. Submit the Carfax Registration form with the VIN, installation date, mileage and coverage installed.
How does my shop get VE Cut?
VE Cut pre-cut software is available to Verleno partner shops. Contact us and our team will set up access.
Where can I buy Verleno film?
Verleno films are sold through authorized distributors and certified installers across Canada. Shops can contact us directly to open a wholesale account.
