Verleno Technology Corp. (operating as Verleno Protection Film Canada, "Verleno", "we", "us")

These terms govern your use of verleno.com and any related pages, forms and online store operated by Verleno. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Use of the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the website's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to send unsolicited or harmful content.
2. Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. Colours shown on screen may differ from the actual film. We may change product information, availability and pricing at any time without notice. Wholesale pricing is offered only to approved business accounts.
3. Orders
Orders placed through our online store are also subject to the terms shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Warranty
Verleno products are covered by the limited warranty for each product line as published on our Warranty page. The warranty covers failure of the film itself. Labour for removal and re-installation is the responsibility of the installing shop. Warranty coverage depends on installation by a qualified installer and on following our care instructions.
5. CARFAX registration
CARFAX registration is available for installations completed by a Verleno Certified Shop. We submit the information you provide to CARFAX Canada, but we do not control whether or how it appears on a vehicle history report, and we make no promise about the effect of a report on a vehicle's value.
6. Software and training
Access to VE Cut pre-cut software and Verleno training is provided to approved partner shops and may be subject to separate agreements. Access may not be shared, resold or transferred without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including the Verleno name and logo, text, images and designs, belong to Verleno or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Information you submit
When you submit a form or contact us, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites and services, such as social media platforms and our online store provider. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Verleno is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
